Workplace Warriors

Elevating social responsibility within your organisation

Workplace Warriors co-designs sustainable programs for organisations to be industry leaders in social responsibility and wanting to redefine their ESG impact.

Every year over 160,000 Australians are diagnosed with cancer and at least 40% are of working age. Our Cancer Support At Work programs offer a responsible investment that creates a more compassionate, inclusive and high-performing work environment.

We work within your organisational context to create holistic support for employees facing cancer - helping them navigate the complexities of treatment while maintaining their careers, personal development and self-worth.

Comprehensive Employee Wellness Support

Workplace Warriors support entire organisations to provide high level social awareness about a topic that we still "whisper" about in the workplace. We are on a mission to normalise talking about cancer, to enable an open care culture across corporate entities and the community.

We design bespoke programs to help your organisation support individuals throughout their cancer treatment, much like a CANcierge service!

We assist with the navigation of non-medical aspects of cancer diagnosis and create a positive impact in the workplace.

We are dedicated to ensuring every Australian affected by cancer, in every area, has access to culturally relevant support, including resources and assistance to help them have career continuity, peace of mind and elevated self-worth.

Impactful ESG

Our analysis phase identifies policies and evaluates existing in-house wellness resources. We design a roadmap of how to implement enhanced programs that further champion for employee well-being and create a workplace culture that offers inclusion, diversity, security and understanding.

With extensive experience in corporate environments, we ensure recommendations are realistic and can be successfully implemented within your context. We enable the action behind social and community resources for the well-being of your employees.

Workplace Awareness

Workplace Awareness

Every person's experience of cancer is different and side effects from treatment will continually change along the way as does the effects of survivorship. We equip managers and colleagues to support the individual with cancer and remove the awkwardness of those unknown boundaries even through survivorship.

We actually TALK and LISTEN to the elephant in the room!

We stand together with other organisations across the globe and pledge to provide a more supportive, and recovery-forward culture at work for people with cancer.

About us

We are a collective of senior working professionals spanning diverse industries and roles. We are united by a shared mission for every organisation to include a Cancer Support At Work Program within their ESG programs. We are a passionate group of business advisors, analysts, digital specialists, marketing executives, researchers, scientists, parents, cancer survivors, carers, colleagues and friends. We've witnessed firsthand the gap in workplace support for individuals facing cancer.

Our diverse backgrounds have uncovered a lack of guidance in the workplace which leaves both employees and employers unsure of how to navigate difficult conversations concerning cancer. Recognising that even the largest of organisations, with a multitude of resources, still struggle with knowing what to ask and how to listen to unique needs during tumultuous times, we've come together to fill this void.

Our mission is to empower workplaces with the tools and resources necessary to create supportive environments for employees facing cancer. We are committed to guiding colleagues and whole organisations on how to best support individuals while ensuring a sense of dignity and normality. Together, we can transform workplaces into compassionate spaces that embrace employees throughout their cancer challenge.

Our Founders understand the unique challenges that arise within the real-world context of organisations. We provide realistic advice that uncovers policies and procedures that can be implemented within your organisation's constraints.
